When getting ready for the great outdoors I use a simple aero-cloner. She can produce 20 females every 10-12 days and turn them out all night like a Pfizer pill factory workin a Prozac double shift. (I wonder how many pfizer employees go home and smoke a pfat one ? :p ) .
I use olivias cloning solution but any will do and that is all your preference. I use 1/2 distilled and 1/2 tap water mix on a 18-6 light regiment and a ph range of 6.0 to 6.2. The cost of the cloner was about 140.00US several years ago. I have seen them up in the higher 300 range and that is out of my league. A light maybe but not a cloner but they sure are nice and if any distributors want to send me one for free then I will gladly display it every chance i get :D There is no need for a cover with a constant mist that is being provided underneath. However the cheaper version will tend to spray the mist outside and I used a precleaned sponge foam to soak up the excess overspray. There are many nicer models to choose from or the simple tray bubbler method is awsome too. With me being handicapped the machine makes makes it easier than the process of using cubes or a prepaired medium. The clones lay free standing and the roots are exposed to the mist. I have used cubes inside before and a timer and the starvation method of cloning and the results are slower although both are very sufficient and will provide excellent results.

a pic of the prideX close up (Montel's Pride x NYCD seeded momma that the clones were taken from.) The same pollen will be used on selected outdoor clones to obtain the max results for seeds. :eek: :D
