Kiwi(PTKO) Chest of Drawers :)

Wooohooo i have my own Category, wheres the other kiwis, come out come out wherever you are!
At the moment i am at Day 16 of flower, for my one plant. To bring you up to date, and make it easier on me, heres what ive posted on another site.

I thought id give it a go again even though my living conditions aint ideal. Im flatting with a few others but so Far so good!
I converted a Chest of Drawers into my flowering chamber. I have a red devil strain(so im told) and im jogging it to the max. I have a speed controlled(for noise) bathroom exhaust fan directly behind the 430watt sonti-agro with heat sheild, and two computer fans blowing fresh air on the bulb. Temps inside get to 27-30 deg C, depending on how fast my exhaust is.
Im feeding with Earth Juice, so far ive been happy with my results.

I am hoping to be getting my own place shortly and setting up a bit more proper. But it works and if i save myself some money and the hassle of buying it, then sweet :)
The plans i have in my head for doing a proper grow is something i look forward to in the near future. Will still be low riders though :)

All good on day 22 in flower, plant has stretched a fair bit towards the light and starting to fill out, theres now about 9 inches between the tops of my plant and the light, so ive now put the heat sheild into play.

looking sweet bro, those heatsheilds are great for dispersing the heat and spreading the light towards the outer area of the plant, ever used one before mate?

never been without it mate, always have had my light at 800mm high or less. So its been a must really :)
I just noticed tonight a couple of seeds i planted for the hell of it have taken off, so im gunna attempt to grow them, for fun.
Still wouldnt be without my clones! lol

I decided today to sort out my vege cupboard, im at that stage where its required as im 40 days away from finishing this one off. I have one clone and 3 seedlings. Quick trip down the road and for 10us i got a cupboard/my new tv cabinet.
Just finished getting it up and running, now i have a full op running in my bedroom for a perpetual grow, wthout any annoyances to my sleep :D
One flatmate (who has no interest in pot) knows but shes cool, the other flatmate has no idea and has even been in my room.
Though she is a little Dizzy :)

I cant stop looking at little cupboards, drawers, cabinets without turning them into growspaces in my head. :bongdude:

I had to do some adjustments to the drawers, so i pulled my plant out and took a few pics
Day 23. The strain is called red devil, but the reddening of the pistils is not something ive come across before. Actually very red. And the newer buds are white as. I just gave it a flush.
What do you think?

I installed a 240v hi flo computer fan last night, dam thing woke me up at 6am this morning. Not used to geting up before 7.30! :D

Well its day 27 and ive noticed no significant growth over the past few days, and the pilstils colour is fading. I was scratching my chin :bongdude:

Then i realised it may of been rootbound! :eek: Silly me making silly mistakes. So i did an emergency transplant with more soil, not trying to upset her too much. And now shes at rest in the dark till the morning. The tops are now 6 inches from the heatsheild, im cutting it fine. Im no longer able to tie it down(any more) as the branches are too hardened and ill break them, so its going to be a close race to the finish. :cool:

And my first ever seedlings, ive never gone from seed before. im a little excited :D one was a single seed in a bud i bought of some really good stuff, another fellow kiwigrower. The other was just bag seed. lol

I was just razzin ya Kiwi. I too transplant once during early flower and have no problems at all. My setup forces me to do it that way I'm afraid. She's lookin good and VERY familiar. ;)

The buds had started filling out, then seemed to stop and the colour faded. Do you think i was right in thinking rootbound was the prob?

Still 30days to go! I just noticed on one branch where i attempted a supercrop pinch, after healing it has made that particular bud far larger then the one above it. Either it has worked, or it has just redirected energy from the rest of the branch. Should of took a pic but lights off now.

This photo shows my trunk, and this branch im pulling away is the "tuck" i performed early on in vege. Strangely enough this branch holds the biggest Cola :) (1st photo left bud)

Not sure what strain, but i hope its a sative, these indicas knock me out lol
Heres my harvesting of the remaining plant. About 1/3rd of the pistils are brown, crystals still clear but smoking it right now is very couchlocking, so i decided to make room for my other plants. Day 56 in flower it is it is. Say Goodbye! :wave:

I used magnets to keep the door in place, nope couldnt lock it but it was in my bedroom.
Im on to bigger and better things now, made a wardrobe, 4 plants flowering in it, gunna be a great harvest. My Best YET.
