High folks..

sorry I anit been around this last week.... I just got out of Jail.

40+ plants seized.. aswell as a "black trash bag full of MJ", Grow rooms gone.. breeding parets and seedlines, the Gardens are now empty.. the HTC seed stock has been seized.
Nearly every bit of seedwork I have done in the last 8 yrs, is now gone...

My property and gardens raided. everything taken..

Bail/Bond was substantial...

I dont know what else to say..
I dont know what will come of all this for the future of HTC..

I will update with info as I get it. Ive opted for a Jury trial and pled Not Guilty on all 3 felony counts, and waived my right to a speedy trial..
the charges each carry a maximum of 5 yrs imprisonment, and 10,000 dollar fine.

I cant realy say what led up to the raid right now, but it was behind an outside source.. may we say a "tip"... When Im confident their identity, be shure, it will be known..


sorry guys/gals... I tried to be above this shit.... its a dangerous world, and I walked a fine line to pursue a passion, that we all share.. aswell as the risks..

wtfff????? ....dam sorry to here that!! i was just reading one of his post at pg...yesterday...man i hope someway they fuked up wen they raided....get the best attoroney,see also wat a criminal laywer will say,cuz them are some of the slickest ,nastiest sob,s out there.u want a shred,take no sht face laywer.ull know him once u meet him,he wants his money to!..iv seen ons of lawyers before,and it was that nasty one,that constantly talked down to me,and alsways insulted me....dood tore them up in court...no holes barred...peace nd hope beviss/:lite:

OGbub had some of the most elite clones and strains out there. If anyone of you have any of Hill temples strains....preserve them....there isnt to many of them around....especially now.

Ic mag is going to set up a defense funds for him i believe. He has only a public defender right now.
