for some reason my buds have stopped growing. seems like they are not maturing at all they were doing fine until about a month ago, they are now at 75 days, looks more like 45 though. theres not much weight to the main colas. dont know why, they might be packed in a little close but getting plenty of light.

Wow, 75 days. Man, what do the thrichs look like? How many leaves do they have left. I know after 60 with mine they were using them up at a steady pace. Are they sativa dominant? If I had other plants ready to go I would say enough already, but if you have the time , and they are still growing I would let them go. I am no expert, barely a novice, and this is just an opinion.

Ghost, is this the same grow you had posted over at GK? Is it AK? If so, there must be something wrong, I have never seen AK take that long, even if it was a heavy sativa dom. Any Interruptions in the dark period?

Ghost....if I remember correctly it was the white russian that you were growin. 75 days and it should be done. This is the strain that went hermi right. Well that would explain the airyness and the look of not maturing. What do the hairs and calyxes look like?

Are there any developing seeds? Just ask since I heard the 'H' word.

Are your nutrients locked up GD? Have you flushed them real well? What are the plants looking like at this point any leaf tips burning? Are these the hermie plants Tibs mentioned? Hows your water quality?...trying to offer some help but dont know enough about your symptoms to know exactly whats going on, fill us in.

well not sure how to post pictures on here sooo...they are the white russian hermies, right tib...i opened up a few calyxes and there are like little dots that appear to be the start of seeds but no real seeds....the buds are just scrawny, like theres more leaf on the buds then bud....they just wont thicken. maybe too many lower buds? i have been flushing for the last week and a half, just water in hydro. the middle plants leaves are really starting to yellow out, the outer ones not as much. not sure what to do but let them go longer? im kind of on a time schedule here lol

oh yeah and the calyxes have about 50% red hairs. should i just harvest now and not waste any time waiting for them to get bigger? just worried about the final weight.

I believe you might have seeds developing there Dog. That's what happens when seeds form...bud production slows to put more energy into making seeds.

i didnt see if you said what kind of light you were using? and didnt see anyone ask i just wonder if your lack of density has anything to do with that? at least we could rule that out if we Know what your "sun" is.:smoke2:

plus i added my 600w light for more warmth, my basement gets really cold. so should i harvest now or wait, im mainly worried about weight. i guess if i harvested now though no one would know it had seeds.

Damn...AND a 600? Shit shoulda blew up. I sure would like to see a pic before ya chop. I believe webby turned locked the gallery(temp)
which would explain why your having difficulties with gettin pics up.
Actually...its much easier here to sign up and upload than GK...less restrictions and bigger size uploads.

Sounds like Herb called it.

Youve been flushing for a week and a half with just water in hydro, that will stunt them as well and could be the cause of yelowing. They should be more than flushed by now. Whats your water quality like? Try a 25% fert solution at this point with plain water for topping off every other day with a super mild solution inbetween. and go with that for a week or two if you believe over fert or nutrient lock is a problem.

The yellowing could be due to too much light 1600 watts you say? What are your temps like? we're using a 600hps and started getting some leaf burn with some slight yellowing in an oval pattern directly under the light and thats with a 10 inch honeywell fan on high blowing directly onto the bulb 2 inches away as well as a fan going underneath the canopy on high and a window fan going on high. So 1600 watts puts out some heat.

Im thinking you may also have some light issues going on there GD considering its the middle plants that are effected with yellowing, how far are the girls from the light? Does the yellowing have an oval like pattern towards the center and on the tops of the plants while the rest of the plants structure looks healthy?

just throwing some ideas out there.

yep herb has the best guess without seeing the plant, and knowing that it shouldnt be the light, i would have to reach the same conclusion.
