I've been looking around for a decent green flashlight so I can check things out as needed with lights off. I have green incandescent bulb that's about 40W, not the painted bulb kind. It works well but is not as stealthy as I would like.

I found a MagLite green LED conversion kit made by Nite-Ize for around $8.00 plus shipping (for another freakin' $8.00). Seems okay but the shipping sucks ass.

This place has all kinds of cool LED stuff. These little keychain models might be just the thing for the quickie nute and pH check for the hydro, plus they have a 'covert model'.:

I wouldn't give my plants any light while they are sleeping, green or any colour, :wtf: :eek: You are much better off doing that shit when the lights are on, and dont interupt the dark cycle of your plants. Good luck, whichever way you decide to go.

I am not putting you down so don't take it that that way. BUt stay out of the room when the lights are out. Theres really nothing to see. They just look droopy

If the reason you want a green light is so you can show them off to your buddies when the lights are out then you have bigger problems than letting light in my friend. No light during lights out thats why its called lights out. Not trying to be rude but like everyone else said you dont need to bother them when there sleeping imagine if every night at 2 or 3 in the morning someone came in and shined a light on you at first you might be cool but 2 weeks later you are going to kill that fucker with the light.
