a word of caution not to diswade anyone from helping in the legal fight far from it, but it has been to my knowledge from past experiences that law enforcement agencies will at times continue to run a site after arresting its owner in an attempt to gain information on customers for further actions. it has happened before agian not saying anything bad about the site or anyone previously associated with it just know that LEO has done it before in documented cases.

so be careful, help a brother out, but i would not recomend a purchase of seeds there for the time being , that being said their is nothing ileagal about contributing to a legal defence fund.

They didnt take his weed because he has a card for 78 plants, but was growing 100+. They were for a friend who had a card for 31 at a time, and had marco's house designated for the grow for years but then Health Canada changed it this year. the friend tried to get it fixed but HC didn't respond so he shrugged it off, and then......
He also had Hashish wich is controlled still in Canada, and he was sending marijuana to people in the TYMMC (Treating Yourself Medical Marijuana Club) at 150 an ounce, and his packages were being seized so there was other charges of illicit distribution.

:icon_smil NdigO, I couldn't agree any more...the truly unsettling part is the whitewashing of what turns out to be dangerous legal drugs...for the obvious sake of profit...example being the recent fiasco with Vioxx...legal drug with dangerous side effects that were in question even when the stuff was being distributed...then when the crap gets to be too much of a liability for the drugmakers...they pull it...like it should have never been available in the first place...friggin' hogwash...corporate greed and dsyfunction...plays out daily in society...of which unfortunately we are prisoners of, NdigO, however...it is obvious to both you and me that between the two of us...we won't stand the hypocrisy...so we blatantly ignore mj cultivation laws to bring "true" compassion to the sick...that is honesty...even though some would call it breaking the law...that "some" is society...and I don't fit in with societies norms...so I don't subscribe to societies wishes or commands...plain and simple...I march to my own beat...thank you...blendin'.'DC'. :icon_smil

sum1, genuinely try'n to help, bring a lil' "quality of life", to the sick & they fuk him!! pisses me off!!! esp' whn "thy" hv no problem, throw'n addictive & dangerous, opiates at ppl, but an herb, is completely out of the question??? this makes no sense!!! if it were as "profitable" to "thm", to make MMJ legal, it surely would be!! but, the sad fact is, there's much more $$ in prosecuting & inprisoning us!!

as an "outlaw med user", who's in a "compassion-less" state, & currently has no other recourse, than to take "their" freak'n disgusting, addictive, expensive, & side effect riddled, Rx's, this just makes me so angry!!! my 'quality of life', has taken a nose dive, now tht i no longer hv access to 'meds'!!! setting aside, for a moment, all the symptoms & problems i already experience, from my "illnesses", the Rx's they throw at me, just add more "symptoms" & problems to the "list"!!! & a simple lil' plant would aliviate 90% of both the "side effects", & the initial problems, for which i'm being treated!!! as far as i knw, there's no "pill" that 1) settles nausea, which then allows me to keep my Rx's dwn, long enuff for them to actually work, 2) stimulates hunger so i can eat like a normal human, (& then keep tht nurishment "dwn"), 3) helps 1 sleep, 4) stops & prevents anxiety & panic attks, (tht i'd otherwise hv to take yet another "pill" to "control"), & countless other possibilities & benefits!!! &, on top of all tht, is FREE of SIDE EFFECTS!!!!


ughhh!!! well, sorry about tht lil' out burst, guys..u'll hv to excuse my ranting..it's just so damn frustraiting!!! & really makes me upset, (as i'm sure, it does every1 else), to see, yet another, beautiful soul, be persecuted, whn he was only try'n to help ppl!!! sigh... :(
