what's in the vegetation?

I know that the plant uses stored nutes, from leaves, for the last weeks of its life. Just wondering what nutes and how much of each is stored in said leaves. Are they more nitrogen, phsphourus, plutonium........or what? Micro nutes? %'s of each nute? Is there a high enough concentration of these nutes stored to actually sustain the plant? much less enough to increase bud size "sufficiently"? just curious
