As some of people here know, I have been growing pot outside for decades (Lyndon Johnson was president when I dropped my first seeds).
I already have a outdoor growers club going at GK and if anyone wants to join up here, please do.
I'll be more than happy to give anyone who's interested step-by-step instructions and all the help I can.
I'd like to see every outdoor grower end up with boxes and boxes of fat sticky buds.
Rock on.

Joe, GK is another mj-cultivation site (growkind.com). A lot of members here were or still are members of GK.

Well Ranger, I'm joined on your GK site outdoor club, but might as well sign up here also, since I might be spending more time here...........is there going to still be a test on the "Home Grown" movie? :smoke2:
I'm going to plant only 5 out door plants, and there are on a stretch of back road that has nothing on it for 17 miles... set with a GPS (So I can find them..LOL) they'll sit right off the road about 20 feet....I'm thinking this will work, I need to get them planted soon....I'll plant them about 20 feet apart?

I really can't comment on your proposed grow since I don't live in the area, but it sounds like a good plan.
As long as no one notice's you pulled off the side of the road and either gets suspecious or stops to lend aid.
I don't know if i can continue my club over @GK.
Someone there has blocked me from posting.
Could you do me a favor? Next time you visit, could you mention that I am no longer allowed to post there and that the club has now moved here?
Thanks.

I was wondering why you hadn't posted on that thread..........I'll let the group at gk know you can't post on the thread there........I don't want to be blamed for posting the lynk over there if no one else has, you want me to have them pm you over there? Can you get in your PM box?

Thanks maryx2 and Jcio. I should have checked with 420g before asking you to invite people over here. I'll be getting in again soon and PM members my YIM name.
Jcio, what light schedule are your plants under? Not 24/0 I hope.
Please, insure yourself a bountiful harvest by following my guerilla grow guide @GK FAQ.
1 thing I often did was have a wall calander and circle Oct. 15, and x out the passing days.

I, also, joined your club at GK; but I guess I'll join here too. I have a question: Is cloning possible outdoors? Example: If I had a donor plant outdoors; would I be able to take a cutting and plant it outside?

I had my light cycle on the cuttings (Clones) on 24hrs Flow's, then I swithced them to 18/6 under 400w hps for the past three weeks.............the are looking good and ready to plant. :icon_smil

Bud Hungry, clones grow WAY better inside than out.
They need the optimum conditions of a growspace to do well.
All you need is a shelf, a cloning tray and dome (under 5 bux @ Home Depot) and a 4' shoplight with a cool white and warm white tubes.

bud sent this to me - sorry if it's old news- new to me.
-Get a roll of 4' high chicken wire. It come in rolls of 25'--50' at most large harware stores and isn't too expensive.
-Cut 6' lengths, then join the 2 cut ends together with wire, forming a 4' long "tunnel" or tube.
-Spray paint it brown or green (or both, camo style).
-Lay the tubes on their sides. Encircle your plant(s) with these tubes. Secure the chicken wire tubes in place with tent stakes.
That's it!
When a deer steps on this hollow tube and starts putting pressure down on it, the tube starts to collapse and it freaks out the deer.
It also impedes everything else, from bears to mice (although rabitts may dig under it).
It even discourages snails & slugs!

Instead of painting the chicken wire, just put it in a fire all the gal burns off and you are left with "rusty" looking wire, and it saves you a fuck-load in $$$$$'s for paint.
Oh yeah,my best advice is to prepare your holes the year before, seem to get better results by doing this.;)
