Spider Mites.....?
That sucks....I was fighting them off and on for a year.
I used neem oil but not good to use in flower.....you can taste it
Wash them off with water & sticky traps or go chemical and get no pest strips...they work but are bad
Good Luck Storm

Webs?
Sounds like spider mites. There are a few organic pesticides that you can make from household products. I will see if I can dig them up.
Spider mites can be damaging....and they can do it quick. This is something i would take care of ASAP.
Look on the underside of a leaf on the affect plants with a magnifying glass. The are very tiny crablike creatures. Red or white. They will kill very quickly if not dealt with. The eggs are the worst to kill. Low temps will stall them from spreading.

one thing I did was mix vegoil, dish soap, and water in a spray bottle and squirted the plants for a few weeks everyday. It leaves a sticky film and when dried it locks the lil bastards in place...hence killing them. But you have to be consistent and do it for some time till you know they are gone. And make sure you get the undersides of the leaf. Thats where they like to setup shop :(

thank you for the recipe Tiberon
i have that neems oil shit and the smell is too nasty for humans even
and you guys are right they sure look like mites i guess i was in denial:(
I spray my enclosure with Pyrethrum(?) at the very beginning and that seems to do the trick. Its a natural insecticide.

Um,a "trick" i have used is to "alter" the dosage of whatever poison,i.e neem oil(?),pyrethrum, start with the "regular" dosage, then next time ya use it "double" the dosage, the next time, make 1/2 of the original strength, this kinda screw's the bug's up as they can't get used to/build up an immunity to the "toxicity" of the poison,as it keep's getting altered and that messe's with their little bug brain's !!! :D
I also use this stuff called "Pest Oil",not sure if you guy's can get it over there, but this shit work's extremely well !!!

If you're seeing webs, they are thick on your plants. And nearing harvest ?, there just isn't a lot you can do without compromising your buds. Anything you spray them with at this point, will most likely effect the buds. Mites like it hot 'n dry. Get temps down and humidity up, to slow their reproduction. Sticky traps will help, but won't eliminate 'em.
A suggestion when you harvest, hang the branches upside down and wrap the butt end (upper end) with double sided sticky tape. When they start drying/dieing, the bugs will migrate up ^....the tape will hwlp capture a good portion of the nasty li' bastages.
In addition, I'd bug-bomb, bleach and repaint the room before putting anything in there again.

A female lays about 100 eggs during her lifetime. Depending upon climate conditions, the eggs hatch in as little as 2-3 days, and the adult stage is reached in 7-10 days. The females reproduction is greatly affected by climate and humidity with a significant difference in the days till their maturity dependant upon the temperature i.e.) egg to adult. For instance at 60 degrees Fahrenheit, it takes 30 days for the egg to become an adult, at 70 degrees 14.5 days and here is the astounding number - 90 degrees Fahrenheit they reach adulthood in just 3.5 days! So now imagine those populations increases over a month when the offspring start to reproduce less than a week after hatching - at 70 degrees she and her offspring number 13,000; at 80 degrees she and her offspring represent a staggering potential of 13,000,000 individuals over a single month - huge population increases!
Mites evaporate large quantities of water from their bodies, so they must suck juices from the plants. This is easier for them to do in a dry environment. Humid environments (above 60% RH) slow down their metabolism, life span and reproductive rate. Mites may be controlled somewhat by lowering the temperatures (at about 50 degrees Fahrenheit they start to hibernate), thus slowing down their life process considerable. Even if you only decrease the temperature during the indoor dark cycle (when it is easier to lower temperatures), the progression rate of the infestation is slowed considerable.

yep, mites for sure. I just finished a battle with them myself. I agree if you are close to harvest you just have to do your best to keep them at bay. Alot of pesticides say that you can use them up to the day of harvest but i would not recomend. anything you spray on your buds, are goin to be inhaled when you smoke em. How long do you have till you harvest? Once harvest is done, I agree completely clean the room out and start from scratch. If you have clones or other plants that will continue, and cleaning is not an option I suggest using the pyrethium bombs. Get four cans of pyrethium and bomb your room every four days until the four cans are gone. this will eradicate your problem. Don't do this until your current harvest is chopped. Pyrethium is some gnarly stuff. Not healthy for humans.

Good info HB; thanks.
Pyrethium is safe--it's made from flowers.
Better than varying dosage of the same product, try varying the types of insecticides used.

Yep a good multi-pronged arsenal is good to keep them mites at bay. Early detection is critical.
Also dont let mother nature fool you. Shes a bitch and will kill you dead for nothing more than ignorance. Most of the worlds strongest poisons can be extracted from plant material.
Heres some more info on Pyrethans.

My friend had a similar mite problem near harvest. His only option was to burn sulfur in the room, it pretty much killed them all in one fell swoop without affecting the plants. However, due to the mite infestation the yield of the harvest was significantly diminished. Pick some up at a local grow shop or nursery, or if your in the UK i found something kinda neat online here: http://www.growingsuccess.org.uk/detail.asp?ID=Greenhouse+Sulphur+Candle&cat=DeadFast
Good luck.
