Tent Specs: 1.25ft by 1.25ft by 4 ft - or - 15 inches by 15 inches by 48 inches.

Lights: 4 x 24w T5 single tubes + 40w CFL

Fans: little 5 inch (maybe 6?) non-oscillating fan + 96 CFM squirrel cage exhaust fan.

Growing Medium: FF Ocean Forest

Nutes: FF 3 part + FF trio

Strains: 3 x Serious Seeds WR (heard good things)
1 x Serious Seeds The Chronic

the tent was a prefab migro, its a good place to practice training of all sorts for me since im looking to run something a bit larger than this grow atm. i think i might be forced to keep them in small ass pots till they show preflowers, since im only gonna have space for one plant, and these seeds werent feminized. will be posting pics every week-ish, to grab some pointers on my training skills.:blaze:

Veg em for about 3 weeks (roughly 7 nodes) and force them.. just select final potsize based on number of females.. If you only get one put it in the biggest pot that will fit and veg it some more and LST it.... those little rubbermaid style boxes that hold around 14L (3.5 gallon) are perfect for these style grows.. If you get 2-3 flower them all in appropriate sized pots... 2-3L (1/2-3/4gallon) each. 2-3 smaller plants in smaller pots will yield better than 1 bigger plant in 1 pot under that lighting IMO and need less veg time too, which would mean a faster yield :) You have plenty of headroom which is nice

Not that I'm telling you what to do lol. Thats just how I would approach a similar grow.


Another option is just to pot up at their first set of true leaves into the biggest container you can find that will fit and leave vent space.. when the plants are about 3 weeks old you can force them to flower.... Same again - more fems - less veg. Cull the males and train whats left to fill the space...

A bit like I have in this pic... I was lucky and got three fems in this one, I LST'd them starting from when they begun to stretch and yielded almost 2oz from the three plants :) Dunno if I could've done that with just the one.

Its a 24L rubbermaid style box that I just drilled drainage holes in.

yea i think i'm gonna veg em out, and transplant em into pots that will fit all three. if i get a male then i'll get larger pots before i flower? or veg em for a lil before so they grow some roots..

regarding their stature, i want em to be bushy and have multiple heads.. just not sure yet which method im gonna use. i'll prob top + lst em.

i dont know if you could see it in the picture but i have the 4 lights situated on the four corners of the tent, with 1 40w CFL hanging from the top. i think this will allow me to have an ultra bushy plant(s) without having to worry about light penetration... so taking this into account... bushier plants > one main head right? :lite:

but if you get more than one female i would just put down some plastic and find a rubbermaid that will fit and is deep enough to hold em . You could get 2 plants in there man, but yeah more than that is pushing it.

thx wakenbake. i was gonna go with your plan, but plans changed a little, and whichever female i get might become a mother for a larger grow. so far all plants are under 4 inches tall. don't really remember since the last grow i had, but they seem really short.. guess its b/c i'm using flouros rather than hids :animbong:

You might want to keep cuts off them all and see which female is best if any before you keep a mother to run full grows.

mr nice guy: within this month, i'll have the larger grow going.. just gotta work out some kinks.. can't wait to blast four to six 600 watters at my babies.. and of course, the gift tap_water has given me.

tap_water: as soon as they get big enough, im taking basically everything the plant has.. cuz i need as many clones as possible... but would cutting basically every growth sites off the plant stress it out too much? (leaving just the "head")

i'll keep ya'll posted.

sorry i haven't updated my grow in a while, things have gone for the worse around my way. i got a visit from the cops sunday afternoon :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: , and i open the door with the chain lock on. they ask me if they could talk to me for a moment, and i say that my house is a mess and i'm not dressed. they give me a number and ask me to come to the precinct the following day and leave... !!!!! so like the paranoid fuck i am, i shut down my lights immediately after, cut down the plants and dispose of the evidence. (tap, your seeds are safely stored at a friends house) i come to find out two of my friends were caught with 4lbs in the trunk, and they mentioned my name... (wtf..?) i haven't gone to the precinct yet, and they haven't visited me since.. im gonna call it blind luck and lay low for a bit..

i dont know how i didnt get caught, and why the fuck my name was mentioned or what was said.. but those boys have got some explaining to do . . .

Would love to see how well one of these micro tent grows would go, they are so quick to set up I like the little tents, keep imagining a hempy sog in one:bigok:, just got to free some space up, currently clone/ veg tent.
I have 4 x 70watt hps street lights that were given to me ages ago by a mate who works for the council. I got em wired up in pairs and would like to run a similar size tent with just flos and throw 2 of the small hps's or even try a 250watter in a cooltube, running hempy or similar sog, (just limited head hight as you would know).Defunately a good little, quite easliy able to hide, perso stash grow.
