This is a recipe I put together myself...it might look weird-lots of ingredients, but they are quite delicious! Crunchy on the outside and chewy inside :)
1 cup butter(softened)
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup coconut
Preheat oven to 350
In large bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
In separate bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder. Slowly stir the dry mixture in with sugar mixture. Once mixed, add cornflakes, oats, nuts, chips, and coconut.
Drop heaping teaspoons 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Mmmmm Mmmmm good! (yields about 48 cookies)
I made these with regular butter-no cannabutter, but I'm sure they would be great either way!
