Light rails

Im considering gettin a light rail for my 4x5 room. It seems I have to raise my light to cover the whole area. But I would rather keep it low and have it over all the plants with equal intensity.
Does anyone have a rail that they use? Upsides? Downsides?

A friend of mine's brother used to have one on his 1000 watter, and they swore by it. Other than that though I don't have much info for you Tibs.

Upside - You can leave the car in the garage

Downside - Hard as hell to fit in the growroom

no downside to having your lights on a mover tibs. aside from the cost. they are good for increasing # of plants and yield
