For those of you who accompany their psychedelic use with (moderately heavy usage) nitrous, DO NOT FORGET to replenish B-12 levels in your body. Furthermore, it's a step beyond just a multi vitamin. Some vitamins/elements can actually block the uptake of B-12 (Folic acid is one- very common in breads and leafy veggies, some fruits, etc.).

SWIM, recently accompanied a couple trips with some laughing gas and hasn't spent the last week laughing at all. He would consider himself a regular user, but always within moderation (except for this time- but diverts all fault to the excessive amount available, not on his lack of discipline haha). They were even complaining that every time they would smoke mj, they would feel numb- especially in the lips & face area. It wasn't his edibles that he thought might have been causing a much "different" high. This same individual always looked at N2O as a harmless, feel-good, can't over do it....drug. In all fairness though, he figured out why it's referred to as Hippy Crack.

It was a fair reminder to him that moderation is the key.

i was at a 3-day harvest fest in Maine some years back and me and a buddy decided to give nitrous a try. so we went to were they were filling balloons in some pull behind trailer they had 15 bottles as tall as i was full of nitrous we had to wait in line for 20 min. to get it. everyone was doing it so i figured i have done worse so here goes and i took a small hit at first just to have an idea for what im in for i turn to my friend and he sucked down the whole big balloon full then very slowly he said
im shutting off goodbye
and then he hit the floor he went over like a stiff board at first we were all scared for him but then he just started laughing his ass off and got up. i never got to fully feel the effects cause i let my balloon go when he fell and it flew away.
but from what i seen im all set with it unless its hooked up to my car or bike :moto:
