BTW Mass also decriminalized, under 1 oz is a citation!!! :animbong: :animbong:
:blaze:  :D
Slowly, but surely we are getting there. 63% approved it here, that may be a record. Take into account the huge voter turnout, and I cannot help but think politicians are realizing that we are a huge voting block. :animbong:

People that were influenced by the heavy anti-cannabis propaganda of the past are dying off, and even their kids, who they very deeply influenced, are dying off as well... What we have now is a huge population of people who have smoked pot and realize its pretty frikking stupid to treat it like it has been in the past and needs to be more realistically approached.
I'm very happy for this victory.

Congratulations #14! Welcome to the club.
Hopefuly with more and more states recognizing MMJ the feds will eventually fold under the pressure of the people.
Also, good things for Mass. MJ users.
Hopefully the new administration adds the war on pot to the list of non productive government programs he wishes to end. Progress is happening, its just coming along slowly. But thats better than nothing.

Right on trooper.
Good luck with everything. Hopefully medicinl users will no longer be prosecuted.
Since all the other states seem to follow Cali, trying to avoid the mistakes inherent of a front runner, it should be noted, the US Supreme court just refused to hear an appeal on Garden Grove vs. Supreme Ct.
This means in essence that the Supreme court upholds state law of the voters over federal laws concerning MMJ. In other words, federal law DOES NOT overrule state laws for MMJ.
Looks like we are might be rounding the bend and headed downhill in our fights for freedom.

It's at least a step in the right direction.
I propose a big smoke-out party the day we hit 15 states. Like we all surround the Capital and light up.
