High, bongrip420!
Are these plants from seed, planted outside? From seed started inside? Regens from last crop?
If the first, they are probably the pre-flowers of maturition, and will disappear until 12's. They are a fairly reliable indication of the sex of untried seedlings. I say 'fairly' because fem's sometimes turn out to be hermies. When you see male pre-flowers, there is no ambiguity. It is either all male, or so herm'd as to appear male. Doomed.
More info about your situation would make it easier to diagnose your delemma.
Good luck! May your garden reflect the joy of fresh air and sunshine, yet be as secure as if in my own closet...{8^D, eg
