I'm sorry for this, but fast food is almost the worst thing you could put into your body. Eating shyte food regularly slowly poisons your body, and aside from massive deforestation the amount of pollution it causes is horrid.
Please boycott major corporations that are designing food products that appeal to taste at the expense of health/vitality/environment.

Sadly, I've exhausted all the big name joints. Sometimes I'll drive down "fast food alley" as I call it, and I pass up every option because I'm so sick of them all. Usually I end up at Whataburger as a last resort.

I agree with Indy.
Some of those who love beef might change their minds if they were aware of how much damage beef (and milk) cattle are doing to the earth, and themselves, how beef cattle are raised (chicken shit and sick dead animals is added to their feed) and slaughtered.
It's like it doesn't matter to them if they are eating food that shortens their lives, as long as it tastes good.
I'm not a vegan; far from it.
I used to wolf down fast food when I lived in L.A. I'm single, didn't like to cook that much and hate to wash pots and pans. And I lived within a 5-minute drive (or less) of just about every major fast food chain, and dozens of independent "restuarants".
Within 6 months of moving to a remote area up north, I dropped about 25 lbs. And since I lived quite a ways from the nearest market (and don't like the hassle of defrosting meat), I started eating more grain (pasta, rice), nuts and legumes (beans and canned veggies), and learned how to cook, I feel better and have more energy.
I still eat beef, and visit fast-food places (my fave is In And Out), but MUCH less than before (a few times/month).
I'm somewhat amazed that people will spend extra time and money to grow organic pot, yet stuff themselves with the most chemical-laden food around.

Seafood, pasta and Spanish foods are my fave minus the beef. Red meats just aren't my fave....but oh how I love any seafood. Especially Alaskan King Crab legs ....yumm! Spicey hot dishes I get into...the hotter the better! I also eat alot of veggies and fruits as well in my diet and then of course my other all time fave for the muchies..anything chocolate! :p

Well heres some sad facts about the deforestation of Brazil. The president of Brazil owns dozens of soy farms and is currently the worlds top producer of soy. He is also directly responsible for the loss of 10,000 square miles of the Brazillian rainforest in just one years time. As long as hes in charge there will be no conservation. It goes much deeper than the beef issue.

Not sure where to eat or shop for food you know is good and treated right? Heres a couple of links.
