Im compressing forums to see how it looks, if we don't like it, then i will move them back

I've been using the other forum home page "adv_index.php" and generally just check the New Posts link. I think when you compress the forum lists on the default forum home page your option is saved so it's sort of already customized.

Once you get wise and read most all posts and info from logon to logon the best thing to do is compress. I like the fact that even though I know alot about green thumb issues i can still look up ??'s. I think that alot of new indoor growers would really love to see an all out history and theory on growing with the hps,hl, fluro's etc. you can find bits and pieces about these subjects but whos the real authority other than growers from all NATIONS. After all I have read I still feel in the dark about some things concerning lights myself, just a suggestion Doc.lll BrotherBuzz

The Easy way of finding out any info on a subject is to use the Search Link on the nav bar. That will pull up all posts on the subject your looking to find info on.
Also to find all new post of the day use the New Posts link located on the nav bar.
theMD also had a good point if you view the new "Home Page " it list the lastest topics, its at 6 right now but once a few more month roll bye it will be set to 10.

Compressed is nice but I fear guest will only see 4 Topics on the index page and think thats all we have to offer and not bother joining.
