hello 420 genetics.i have an occurrence.not sure if it's a problem, just never seen it before.i just purchased some bushmaster.i started using it in my dwc 4 days ago since i put an unknown sativa in there and it has exploded on me,just hoping it doesn't get any bigger.anyway,i had a pythium problem at first and most of the roots had to be cut away at the first week of flowering,it is now on the 4th week.they have since grown back pretty well, prior to the bushmaster.i'm using 1/2 strength nutes and the bushmaster at 1ml per gallon.today i looked in to check the ph and ppm and it looks like i have grains of rice growing from the tips of my roots.weird as hell.i have never seen roots form this way and am wondering if its some problem i need to fix or if its just the bushmaster doing something wonderful.anyone ever seen this or know what is causing it?thanks, hygrade

That is a pretty hot load, and you should change nutes after 24-48 hours.

Nope , have never seen the rice roots. And Yes you should still flush them out. I usually just give them fresh nutes sans BM

so how is this Bushmaster its pricey at the hydro store like $40-50 for a small bottle. but i think its a very concentrated solution. but he keeps trying to get me to use it. he says its the only nute that helps keep the stretch from going crazy. and that it can be used in veg all the way up to flush.
the way he talks its like that is the best thing he use's in the garden.
i might try it out if i get some good feed back! i just do not see paying that much for nutrients unless its gonna make a noticable difference in growth, yield, and potency.

Any info would be great Thanks D-9 :hookah:

D9, no you don't use it through veg and flower. ROFLMFAO.

You use it for 3-5 days in hydro at transition and 5-7 days in soil. Then flush it out and continue with regular nutrient feed schedule. It will stop stretch. It also throws them into flower production within a few days, not weeks.

It gives the plants "yuck face" as I call it. Basically you get eagle claws/N overdose. But it clears up.

i thought Bushmaster was the name of there products the grow, a bloom, bushmaster, and purple max and maybe another. but i went there yesterday to get some FF Big Bloom and asked another kid about it cause i wanted to try it but he suggested this stuff called Bloombastic he gave me a 30 dollor bottle saying i would be back to get more its 2-4ml per gallon of water. you use it about a week or 2 into flower along with your regular nutes up till flush its 0-20-21 so i will see how this stuff works its Bling Bling for your plants LMAO but it is pricey its a small bottle for $30 but it is very concentrated. the next size up is a $80 bottle thats why they got the $30 ones so people are more likely to try it for 30 and not 80. i am gonna start using it next watering so i will see how it works i might use it on 1 ESP and give the other one none.

Well, the only bushmaster I know is from Humbolt nutrients. It is a kelp extract, and is used primarily to stop the stretch. Similar to what used to be called SuperBud or Phosphoload. It is not a nutrient line. At least not that I know of.

those nutes are from humbolt nutes i just thought they were bushmaster nutes but the bushmaster is just part of the line
