hi guys yesterday i obtained 4 white widow seeds and 4 white castle seeds (feminized will be keeping a close eye for bannanas) from nirvana with a germination kit have never used these before so keen to see how it goes!!!
My only stress is that some of the seeds where very small in size!! So i decided to put up a thread for any advice you guys have as ive only been growing for bout 2 years and mostly worked with clones or bag seed wich is terrible!

So here goes these are the germination tabs wich i soaked in luke warm water to let them swell with a mix of bacto that came with the kit placed seeds in centre and into a juffy bag and in a warm dark place they go.

seed size does not matter as long as its mature!! dark and does not pop when you squeeze it between your fingers.

also are you germinating the seeds in the peat pellets? if so next time try to sprout them in paper towels i get almost 100% germination that way. you get the paper towel wet but not soaked put seeds in it fold it over and put it into a ziplock bag leaving air in the bag so its like a greenhouse put it into a warm dark place and within a few days you should have tap roots. once the root is about an in. then plant it into the peat pellet root down and i bury it about 1/4in. under the soil. thats just how i do it. i get more seeds to grow that way then if i just planted them directly into soil and when your paying good money for seeds you do not want any loss.
i hope you get some sweet plants but like you said keep a close eye on them.
not only are they Fem seeds but there Nirvana's Fem seeds so just watch em:thumbsup:

I'm interested in seein' how the germination kit does fer ya McFarmer, I never used one m'self. I do the ol' scuff/sterilize/soak, and then let 'em do their thing with the paper towel method. But as long as those beans are mature, don't fret over their size, dude. While I'm working with clones ATM, I germ my mothers from seeds, and some of my better plants have come from what I'd call "runty" seeds.

Ya might want to hang onto some of your excess bag seed, too, at least from the better batches of smoke. OK, the genetics may or may not be known to ya, but you can still get some great results. Commercial growers aren't necessarily known for applying a whole lotta TLC (for obvious reasons...), but a personal-sized grow means you can give a lot more attention to yer crop, with corresponding results.

Keep us posted!:)
