i was looking at some Banana OG Kush F7's. :icon_smil
now i no after the f2 generation you can breed stability into the strain. but is there a limit you do not wanna go past while Inbreeding. i mean if its like people at all will you eventually turn the plant into a retard? cause it to start to hermie or even lose vigour? : pipe:

No limit really. It just bottlenecks for selected trait(s) of the breeders preference. Kind of pointless after F5-F6 IME though. But it can contribute to what is called inbreeding depression. Basically a loss of vigor in the line.

On the Banana OG, save your $. It was IMO, more of a novelty strain. Popular here for like a year. Smelled like banana peel, looked like OG, but the high was not there. Interesting smell though. If I remember right it was a cross to either a SOL or Sag strain. Can't recall which one atm though.
