Ok guys this is my first DIY guide so bare with me...
I started running DWC in 5 gal buckets and needed a way to stake them and still be able to get the tops off to do the rez changes and such so this is what I can up with a very cheap and easy way and it seems to work great you also can do this in other types of tubs and buckets .......
cost per bucket with 3 stakes is about 3 bucks I think and I got it all at home depot
first get ya some 1/2 pvc and then some male threaded end caps as seen in pics and the same amount of threaded female end caps and a 3/4 inch hole saw
and a net pot I use 8 inch anything bigger I dont think will work..

now figure out how many you want I went with 3 you can do as many as you want or even 4 and net it on top for a single Scrog system
then drill your holes

now that you have the holes drilled it is hard to believe but the male threaded end cap will thread right in. it might take a little elbow grease but I was able to do all mine and they went in fine..

ok now you can put the female end cap on just to cover the hole it will not go all the way on .

and thats it !!

now just cut what ever size stakes you want from the 1/2 pvc and slide them in

That is a great idea and it looks like it works really well. I bet you could set up the same with some 5 gl buckets of soil...Hmmmmm I think I might be in the think tank tonight trying a prototype.
