Ingredients:
1/2oz of finely chopped medical grade cannabis shake
½ stick butter
2 cups sugar
2/3 evaporated milk
12oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 small jar (7oz) marshmallow cream
1 tsp vanilla
½ cups chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
If you have available, a coffee grinder will ensure that the marijuana is chopped plenty fine. Lightly toast the shake in an un-greased frying pan for around one minute over medium heat. Melt the butter in a double boiler and the marijuana. Keep the butter between 180*F and 210*F, monitoring to avoid scorching, for around 45 minutes. Strain the butter very well, squeezing the vegetable matter in cheesecloth before discarding to get much of the good stuff out as possible. Combine the butter, sugar and milk in a saucepan and bring to a slow, rolling boil for five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the mixture from the heat and immediately stir in remaining ingredients. Pour the liquidy sweetness into a greased pan and chill…..Stones 15 –20.
