PH Nutrient Chart - Hydro / Soil

A question about the chart & soil growing.

It seems that a Ph 0f 6.5 is optimum for all nutrient absorption, especially Mn & Fe which start being absorbed at 6.5 and lower.

Will Mn & Fe still be aborbed at a PH of 7.0, maybe at a slower rate?
Or is 6.5 necessary to start absorption of these 2 nutrients?

Thats one of the reasons I dont like this particular chart. Theres another chart that I think shows the relationship better with the tapered bars on a linear chart. Without a linear chart how are you supposed to judge the important values of where the nutes boundaries are? The other thing I dont like about the chart is that it give the appearance that nutes abruptly stop absorbtion at a certain point and thats not the case.
