Default New venture

Ok, recently I acquired two 50 x 80 cm, two 77,6 x 50 cm and two 8 x 77,6 cm mdf sheets, 12 mm thick and a thin one (3,2 mm) 80 x 80 cm for the back.
I'm fabricating a box 80 x 80 x 50 cm. All pieces were glued together as shown.

Not quite sure atm. I've currently my Jamaican Sunshines S1s for testing, Swazi Skunk cuttings and Swazi Skunk x Ogerskush seedlings.
All my three cabs are running perfectly atm. and I have to juggle a bit, to fit this one in, having to decide which one I'm going to replace. I just have to finish one coating, then it's time to mount filter, fan and to drill holes, building a contactor, installing the light(s), ect.

Tinkering with the filter, since it will be installed hanging.

Complex arithmetics on top of he box.

Since the fan will be hanging as well.

...on cables, a temporary longterm solution I guess.
Then it was time to dismantle again.

Wiring the E40 socket.

And mounting.

I plan to use an external ballasted 200 W Nurturelite, I already had, for initial testing. I used this light on two crops. Later I'd like to replace it with my hps and additional cfls.

Black and white foil nailed onto the box with the staple gun. I applied cardboard strips to the foil, so it doesn't rip.

The bw-foil is way too thin, so I covered it with some foil for ponds (0.5 mm) - leftovers from Donna de M's piggi cage adventures.

I basically covered the idea from that green guy here
http://youtube.com/watch?v=5UbnBsUEoE0&feature=related
and scaled it down to my needs.
